PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Fancy Face Gift Cards. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments of treatments or products.
GRATUITIES/TIPS
Tips may be left in cash or charged to your debit/credit card. 10-18% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.
PUNCTUALITY
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Fancy Face, your appointment is scheduled with an aesthetician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled
treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
– You may opt to shorten your treatment time
– You may prefer to reschedule your appointment for another day and time, however, a $50 cancellation charge will be added to a rebooked appointment if you were grossly late for your original appointment and we lost out on the chance to book someone else in that space.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning by calling us during normal business hours or email bookings@fancyfaceskinclinics.com to cancel your appointment. You will be emailed the day before and also receive a text message on the morning of to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all patients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. This enables us to respond to the high demand for availability for our appointments.
REFUNDS
Skin Care products and Treatments are not refundable, and not transferable for other services or people.
